This page is all about Sir Henrys terms and conditions, We aim to be  transparent and clear on all bookings. We are a small family run business, focussed on  providing the best service, the best quality and an exceptional experience whilst dining with us.

Large Bookings  

For large parties and group bookings we require a £10 per adult deposit to secure the table. Deposits are refundable within our cancellation period (see below.) You may be asked to pre-order your food. Pre- ordering not only helps maximise the allocated time you have at your table, it also creates a seamless dining experience for you and your guests to enjoy. 

General information 

Tables are booked for 2hrs:15 minutes during busy periods, If a table is not required after the allotted time customers are welcome to stay longer and enjoy their time with us . All tables are required to arrive at their allocated booking time. We allow a courteous 15 minute grace period .However this may affect your time you can spend at the table. Arriving late for your booking may result in the forfeit of any deposit paid . When your allotted table time has ended you may be asked to continue your  dinning experience at another area including the bar, outside or undercover.

Cancellation Policy  

We require a minimum of 48hr notice prior to your booking date to cancel or amend your booking. If you cancel or amend your booking after this time you may lose some or all of your deposit. Bookings within the 48hrs can be rearranged, refunded or withheld. 

Outside   

Outside tables cannot be pre booked. We operate a 'first come first served' system for our 100 tables, tables can not be reserved. During busy periods outside tables are allocated for 2hrs;30mins, Customers may be asked to release the table after this time.

Ordering food and beverages 

Outside tables are required to place their food/ drink orders using our outside waiter services. Food orders will be paid in advance upon ordering, drinks will be paid upon the arrival of beverages .

Decorations   

You are welcome to bring balloons and banners to decorate the table for your special occasion. We do not allow table confetti or party poppers/streamers. Booked tables in peak times may not be accessible before actual reservation time, Reception team will liaise with customers regarding any special needs, and endeavour to meet requirements where possible. 

Cake Policy   

We love that you've chosen Sir Henry's to celebrate a special day.

When bringing cakes into our venue, staff will be more than happy to present the cake at the table with candles (and break into a happy birthday chorus). H0wever please be aware that it is not permitted to consume the cake at the table . We kindly ask that the cake is taken back and divided between the guests. Cakeage can be arranged at  management discretion.

Allergens

FOOD INFORMATION FOR ALLERGIES, INTOLERANCES AND DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

We are happy to provide you with the information you need to make your own menu choice. We cannot recommend or tell you what is suitable for you to eat or drink. Please note that our menu descriptions do not include all ingredients or allergens. This information is subject to change and updated by our suppliers in real time. Therefore, even if you have chosen the item previously, please make sure that you check it each time you visit and always inform your server / ordering point of your allergy, intolerance or dietary requirements. If you have any questions, allergies or intolerances, please let us know before ordering. Allergens are listed as of government guidance 14 base allergens are included, the specification and individuality of (all nuts) under the category 'nuts'. Anyone with specific nut allergens are instructed that nuts are used in the kitchen, 

 

Our food and drinks are prepared in food areas where cross contamination may occur. We declare allergens if they are intentionally added to a product. Where our suppliers have indicated possible cross contamination risks, we also declare their allergen ‘may contain’ risks

 

Our food and drink preparation and serving areas, storage areas and cooking equipment (e.g. fryers, grills etc) may be shared and fried items containing different allergens may be cooked in the same oil. If you are concerned about possible allergen cross contamination of the food or drink you wish to consume, please ask us for further information on our cooking methods and policies

Rules 

At Sir Henrys we ask that all customers treat our staff with respect at all times. 

Anyone who is abusive, disrespectful to the venue or staff will be asked to leave. Shirts must be worn on premises, and a smart casual dress code is required.
